Exhibitor Information - Indoor & Outdoor Show Space
There are many options for exhibitors to display and promote their merchandise and services during Michigan Winter Fest. We offer several booth sizes, both indoor and outdoor, to fit individual needs. Below is an overview of the many different ways you can customize your display area to fit your budget. Space is limited and available on a "first come" basis - to reserve your space, fill out the appropriate form and return to:

Outdoor Show Space
Outdoor show space is available in 20' x 20' increments at the cost of $300 per space. Tents are available at an additional cost listed on the Show & Camp Rate page. The location of your desired spaces can be found on the Event Layout page. Once you have made your selection go to the Event Order Form page to reserve your space.

Indoor Show Space
Indoor show space is available in 10' x 10' increments at the cost of $300 per space. You may select your spaces by going to the Show & Camp Rate page and look under the INDOOR SHOW SPACE listing to make your selection. Once you have made your selection go to the Event Order Form page to reserve your spaces. The location of the INDOOR SHOW SPACE building can be found in the lower left hand corner on the Event Layout page. |
Advertising Information
Highly visible banners and billboards are a great way to get your message seen by thousands of avid race fans. There are many size and placement options available. The Winter Fest Event Flyer puts your ad directly in their hands. Perfect location for presenting your products or services to both racers and spectators. Minimum exposure time of eight hours on Friday, ten hours on Saturday and eight hours on Sunday. Total of four lanes available. Banner size cannot exceed 4' x 24' and is provided by advertiser. $600.00 per lane

Event Flyer Advertising
The event flyer is a direct mail form of marketing for the Michigan Winter Fest event, we produce 10,000 copies and we also place them in retail stores and distribute them at other sporting events.
