1. All swap meet venders must register the day of the show at the designated entrance,
no pre- registration will be allowed.

2. All swap meet space sales are cash only.

3. All swap meet venders entering the event must purchase an event wrist band in addition to the swap meet space rental price. If entering on Friday wrist band price is $25 per person, Saturday $20 per person, Sunday $10 per person children under twelve are free. If you cannot attend the next day see YZRP gate personnel for the next days refunded. NO BAD WEATHER REFUNDS.

4. All swap meet vendors must sell only used or early model products - “NO” new product sales in swap meet area. Judgment of what is swap meet sales and new product sales will rest with the Michigan Winter Fest gate officials. If the items you wish to sell are deemed “new products”, Hastings Snow Show space will be available to you at the rate of $300 for a 20’ X 20’ space in the vender show.
DEALERS are defined as: Any commercial business with new or used equipment.
SWAPPERS are defined as: Any private non-commercial party wishing to sell used items that are not tagged, packaged or food & beverage items.
NO COMMERCIAL DEALERS, NO NEW EQUIPMENT…

5. The rate for swap meet space is as follows. Each swap meet participant will receive
16’ wide X how long the vehicle or vehicle and trailer may be at the rate of $1.00 per lineal foot (example: vehicle and trailer- vehicle 18’long / trailer 12’long = total 30’ = cost of $30) This is a onetime fee for all three days. The more days you are there the greater the value. There will be no price break for attending lesser number of days.

6. The measurement of the space to be rented will be from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle or trailer in tow.

7. If you wish to have a tent added to your display that would lengthen your rental space you must inform the gate personnel when buying swap meet rental space, otherwise the tents will not be allowed.

8. If an organization wishes to set up a display promoting their events the rate of $1.00 per lineal foot for three day rental plus the price of admission will apply.

9. Snowmobiles on display in the “Vintage Show” area, may NOT be displayed as for sale. You may tell someone the unit is for sale but NO SIGNAGE will be allowed.
10. All sales for rental space are final there are no refunds.

11. Yankee Zephyr Racing Promotions Inc. reserves the right to refuse admittance or removal to anyone it see’s fit.
